Banks are about money which is what this game simulation is all about. Branches compete with teams of at least 3 employees. All begin with the same in-game money cushion and monthly salary. Each participant has a personal AI designed to maximize their financial health and net worth. The simulation runs for 6 months with prizes for best performance awarded each month per branch and employee.

White water rafting or spending time in a luxury resort cannot compete against increasing personal net worth by training a personalized AI and authorizing it to execute in microseconds. Your personnel develops the AI through gamification. The approach neutralizes resistance as they want to win more than they fear being made redundant. The prizes for winning encourages them to resign as they receive a cash cushion and understand what this AI is capable of.

The model is FIFA where goals are replaced with net worth. The game is run internally within each bank’s security frameworks where the team with highest net worth qualifies to go against the winning team of another bank. During quarter finals, teams are relocated to a luxury resort of choice.
